There is an outstanding team at Nottingham Strong and it is run by competitive lifters who are entirely lifter focused. Huge amounts of equipment, lots of room and lots of food! 

This venue will suit lifters all levels of experience – whether you are a first time lifters and need support and advice or whether you are a barbell weathered old meathead that needs a really good spotting crew behind you! 

Honestly – one of the best all round hosting gyms we have and you will be welcomed whatever your level.
