Special Guest Teachers This Year
For the first time, two beloved members of the Kaia Yoga community will join together to create a retreat experience unlike any before:

Jasmine McComas: a radiant retreat leader, musician, and Thai Yoga practitioner, Jasmine joyfully weaves movement, music, and heartfelt connection into all she shares. A longtime part of our Costa Rica retreats since 2017, Jasmine brings the beauty of harmonium, chanting, and soulful presence to guide students into deeper states of re-Sourcing.

Nicole Kim (E-RYT 500): with over 20 years of practice, Nicole is a dynamic vinyasa-flow teacher known for blending creative sequencing with precise alignment and breath awareness. Beyond the mat, she is one of Kaia Yoga’s most loved sound healers, an intuitive energy worker, and Thai bodywork practitioner. Her sessions are among the most popular offerings at Kaia year-round, and now she brings this powerful healing to the retreat setting.

Together, Jasmine and Nicole will weave their unique gifts, chanting, harmonium, sound healing, energy work, yoga, and bodywork, into a rare, one-of-a-kind experience that you won’t want to miss. 

Your Retreat Experience
Each day begins with meditation on the beach, followed by an invigorating yoga practice to connect with your energy and expand awareness. Afternoons are steeped in the powerful practices of chanting, sound journeys, dharma talks, breathwork, and insight practices. Free time allows for rest, reflection, or enjoying the natural beauty of Nosara, whether it’s hiking, surfing, swimming in tide pools, or simply doing nothing at all.

This is more than just a retreat, it’s a life-shifting experience that nurtures both body and mind. Whether you come alone or with someone you love, you’ll leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more deeply connected.
