During this course, we will share the principles of syntropic agriculture, from design to implementation and management of highly productive agroforestry systems on land degraded by human activity.

The focus of this system is the production of annual crops (vegetables, grains, and tubers) and semi-perennial fruits (papaya, pineapple, passion fruit, etc.) in order to increase the percentage of food self-sufficiency for the residents, collaborators, and visitors of the project. We will also explore the existing agroforestry systems at Tierramor, which have been planted for over 2–3 years and are designed in accordance with the context of the humid tropical forest of Guanacaste.
