~Returning to the stillpoint~honoring the dark to invite the light~
Take two hours for yourself and join us at A Peace of Space on 12/20 from 4-6pm as we honor the Winter Solstice, ground during the busy holiday's and practice some self-care soothing the nervous system with a grounding yin yoga practice.
