Join us for our free Supported Employment Reverse Job Fair at Norwich Castle, NR1 3JU .

Here you can discover more about hiring a young person with additional needs to help enhance your business, speak to organisations who already employ young people with additional needs and find out how this model could improve the life of a young person while saving on your organisation’s recruitment time and costs.

This event is a reverse job fair – so, instead of employers presenting themselves to prospective employees, the employees will present themselves to you!

You’ll be also hear information about Access to Work, the Disability Confident Scheme, job coaches, work placement officers, while networking with other employers and meeting young people looking for work.

This event is organised by Norfolk County Council’s SEND Employment Officer and a Work Placement Officer in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
