Starting with Purpose: Reflecting on Values and Learning

Together, we’ll explore motivation and purpose, how our passion for outcomes can affect our work–life balance, and how to recognise our skills and experience as valuable, asset-based resources. We’ll also reflect on self-care: what we each need, where pressure builds, and how stress can be better understood and managed.

This is a supportive, reflective workshop designed to help you pause, learn from experience, and take practical insights back into your work.

You’ll walk away with:

• Greater clarity about your motivations, values, and purpose
• A better understanding of how perspective and passion impact your wellbeing
• Tools to recognise and use your skills and experience as strengths
• Practical reflections to support healthier, more sustainable ways of working

Who is this for:

This workshop is open to anyone running or working in a social enterprise supporting people in Norwich.
