- **Event Description**: You are invited to join me for a blissful and relaxing 2 hours immersion into Gentle Movement and Sound Therapy at the Spring Equinox, when the day and night are in near perfect equilibrium, supporting you to find your inner balance as we transition towards Spring. 

In this immersive Gentle Movement and Sound Therapy experience, you will practice some very gentle yoga movements to open up the body's internal energy pathways, leaving you receptive to the therapeutic and soothing sounds of my voice and instruments as you then sink down for some deep relaxation, guided meditation and further sound therapy.

During your Soundbath experience, you will be immersed in the soothing and therapeutic sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Tuned Pipes, Voice, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Earth Drum and Percussive Instruments.

These instruments are played in a way that you experience a 'wash' of therapeutic sounds with notable resonance and overtones which can induce an incredibly relaxing and meditative experience.

Sometimes known as 'Soundbaths', these Sound Immersions can have numerous benefits;

* They can soothe, purify and harmonise your emotions and feelings.
* They can stimulate the endocrine glands and regulate hormonal functioning.

Sound Therapy works on the principle that everything in our universe is energy which has a vibration. Everything in existence within the universe is in a vibrational state. The frequency at which we normally vibrate is called resonance and certain sounds resonate with different organs and parts of the body.
Sound has been scientifically proven to have an effect on our autonomic, immune & endocrine systems as well as the neuropeptide transmitters in our brain.
