# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Sonic Meridian Sessions
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 09 Nov, 2025 at 06:00 pm – Sun, 09 Nov, 2025 at 07:30 pm
- **Event Description**: Join us for a unique combination of sound and ear acupuncture in this deeply restorative group session.

Poppy will guide you through an immersive and meditative sound journey using seven crystal singing bowls and gentle percussive instruments, whilst Hannah will apply ear acupuncture, a powerful treatment that works in harmony with sound therapy to enhance relaxation and restore balance.

Sound baths and ear acupuncture are both known to ease stress, support the nervous system, and encourage the body’s natural healing state.

The needles will stay in place for 30 minutes during the 90 minute sound bath.

What are the benefits of ear acupuncture?

- Releases ‘feel good’ hormones that promote relaxation and well-being
- Stimulates the body's natural detoxification pathways, supporting the elimination of toxins
- Improves vagal tone - helping the body to effectively manage stress and maintain resilience
- Improves sleep quality
- Promotes the release of emotional blockages
- Regular treatments can support long-term healing and emotional regulation

Ear seeding can also be a replacement for the ear acupuncture - tiny gold-plated seeds are affixed to pressure points on the ear and produce similar benefits but without the needles.

Curated by Poppy Roy & Elemental Balance with Hannah.
