Join us for a relaxed and inclusive Sunday morning by the sea.

Run & Reset is all about movement, community and starting your day feeling good. Whether you're a walker, a walk-runner or a runner, there's a place for you.

We'll meet at Cart Gap at 09:00 before heading out in our groups at 09:15, with friendly leaders helping everyone find a pace that feels comfortable.

Afterwards...

Following the event, you're welcome to stay and enjoy the beach with the group.

Bring your favourite breakfast, a coffee, camping chair or picnic blanket and spend some time connecting with others. Children are welcome too! 

? There is also the option to join the Cart Gap Dippers during their regular Sunday meet if you'd like a sea dip. Participation is entirely optional and any dipping is undertaken at your own discretion.

What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather
Trainers or walking shoes
Water
Your favourite breakfast or snack
A camping chair or blanket if you'd like to stay afterwards
Swimwear and towel if you're planning to dip

Important Information
This is a social community event rather than a race.
Please choose the group that best suits your current fitness and confidence.
Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Anyone choosing to participate in the optional sea dip does so at their own risk.
