Rather than staying in the thinking mind, we come into direct relationship with sensation—allowing the body to express, discharge and reorganise what it has been holding. From there, we can begin to settle, integrate, and reconnect with a more centred, peaceful, grounded sense of self.

Each session is an invitation to move energy, release what feels held, and return to your own internal steadiness.

Please note: these sessions are not suitable for complete beginners to movement or breathwork, or for those navigating acute trauma or mental health conditions without additional professional support. There are some contraindications for this work, and I will check in with you on booking to ensure it feels appropriate.
