Brave apparel can be bought from our on site pro shop, butis not compulsory. Water is the only drink allowed in the gym, in a named water bottle. Food is not permitted to be eaten in the gym.Please ensure ALL items brought to Brave are clearly named, any lost property that is not named is disposed of at the end of each night.Please use the parking bays provided to the side and back of the premises, depending on the time of day there may also be roadside parking.
