Heating costs can add up quickly, but Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) will help you save energy and stay comfortable with our Cooling & Heating Incentive Pilot Program (CHIPP).

Join us for a FREE CHIPP Workshop and learn how to upgrade your home with an energy-efficient heat pump that heats in the winter and cools in the summer—with up to 30% of the cost covered by rebates.*

• Where: Rose City Senior Center at 8 Mahan Drive in Norwich, CT
• When: Wednesday, November 12th from 5:15– 6:15PM (doors open at 5:00)
• Light refreshments will be served

*Heat pump system costs will vary widely based on configuration, location, installer, and manufacturer. Actual percentage of total system cost covered by the CHIPP rebate will vary accordingly.
