Through gentle guidance and shared experiences, both parents and children will begin to recognise patterns in their thoughts and emotions. This growing awareness fosters a sense of confidence and self-understanding, allowing each family member to feel more empowered in navigating everyday challenges with greater calm, clarity, and connection.Over this time, we’ll combine in-person retreats and individual family check-ins, supporting you every step of the way. This programme is not just a set of sessions, it’s a shared journey where parents and children learn, grow, connect and support one another both during and between retreats.About the Retreat Days:Each retreat day is thoughtfully designed to create a calm, nurturing space where parents and children can pause, reconnect, and learn together. The sessions include:- Learning about Wellbeing and How the mind works,- Applying that learning to situations like relationships, bullying, labelling, addiction, etc- Mindful practices and calming strategies,- Coping skills for managing stress and anxiety,- Breathing and grounding exercises,- Activities that promote positivity, kindness, and resilience,- Parent–child connection activities,Programme Schedule:- Sunday 6th September - Carrow House (Orangery Room), 9:30am – 4:00pm- Sunday 18th October - Carrow House (Orangery Room), 9:30am – 4:00pm- Sunday 15th November - Carrow House (Orangery Room), 9:30am – 4:00pm- Sunday 6th December - Carrow House (Orangery Room), 9:30am – 4:00pmIf you are interested, please see below:- Group will have a maximum of 10 families (1 adult and 1 child),- Families will need to commit to attend the 4 full days,- This programme is tailored for children starting Year 7 in September 2026,- For families based in Norwich and surrounding areas,- This programme has been partially funded by The Grassroots Grants Programme,- The cost for each Family is £15 per Retreat (£15 for 1 adult and 1 child) and includes all the food and drinks for the day and all the take-home materials to practice.This programme is a shared journey of awareness and growth, a chance to pause, reconnect, and bring mindfulness into your family life.
