UEA’s Love Languages Day returns to the Forum on Saturday 7 March 2026, 10am–4pm. Experience the richness of global languages and cultures through hands-on activities and multilingual storytelling. Meet UEA’s language experts and students, try out new languages with free language taster classes, and celebrate diversity in an interactive, family-friendly setting.
What’s happening?
Free 20 minute language taster classes in Dutch, Greek, Spanish, BSL, Arabic, Polish, Ancient Egyptian and many more!
Origami and Arabic Calligraphy
UEA students studying ‘Language, Culture and Identity’ will present informative, fun and interactive activities such as quizzes and games on languages, cultures and communication
Children’s activities including crafts and multilingual story time
Family friendly short talks on language and culture from UEA tutors.
