Then comes a banquet that Bram Stoker himself might have penned: slow-cooked beef stew, cider-braised chicken with apples and thyme, woodland mushroom and chestnut pie, and bubbling autumn vegetable gratin, with all the trimmings of a harvest table.Desserts bring the drama: rich chocolate tart with a chilli kick, jewel-like poached pears in spiced red wine, and a sticky pumpkin spice pudding drowned in toffee sauce. Finished with coffee and a little trick-or-treat to take home.Every month, we create a line-up of fabulous food served on communal tables in our gorgeous Music Room where you share a feast and a good time while we bring out dish after dish of food.
