About the event

Dad’s Breakfast Club: A Free 8-Week Course (Saturday Group)

Providing fathers with support, skills, and advice, to thrive in parenthood, every Saturday Morning over 8 weeks.

About this Event

In this 8-week course, Dads will build a community of support together to support them in growing their skills as a parent and prioritising their wellbeing.

Each session includes a cooked breakfast and will cover topics such as prioritising your mental health, work-dad balance, nutrition and healthy eating, understanding child psychology, developing a closer bond with your child.

It is open to all dads, dads-to-be and step-dads.

Saturday 15th November - Peer-Led Chat & Play
Saturday 22nd November - Mental Health & Managing Emotions
Saturday 29th November - Infant Bonding & Development
Saturday 3rd January - Peer-Led Chat & Play
Saturday 10th January - Feeding, Routines & Sleep
Saturday 17th January - Routines & Sleep
Saturday 24th January - Reflection & Celebration
