"My baby and I absolutely love Amber's Baby Yoga course. A really nice way to do some gentle movement, meet other mums, and connect with your baby."

This Thursday class is held in Old Catton at St Margaret's Church Hall. Plenty of parking, close to Catton Park and bus routes. A 7 week course, handouts and recordings for £59.50 or drop in £9.50 a class. Discount available for those on low incomes, please get in touch for this.
