This monthly meet-up is a great way to meet other autistic people in a welcoming, inclusive environment and share experiences and interests.

Changes to the Autistic Adults Social Group from 2026:

We have made a few small changes to the Autistic Adults Social Group to make it easier for more people to join and enjoy the sessions:

Each session will last 90 minutes instead of 2 hours.

There will be two sessions:
1:00pm – 2:30pm
3:00pm – 4:30pm

We kindly ask that you choose only one session to attend, with each time slot being limited to 15 people. Booking is essential.

Lee from ASD Helping Hands will continue to lead this group and will also be gently introducing regular welfare checks. This is to make sure the group is working well for everyone.

We hope these changes will make it easier for more people to join in and enjoy the social group!

How to join:

Our friendly office team take bookings from the 1st of each month (or the closest following Monday if the 1st falls on a weekend) and spaces are available on a first come first serve basis.
