Chair Yoga

If you haven't been come give it a try! Chair yoga offers gentle stretching, helping you to improve your flexibility and strength. It may also reduce stress and joint pain.
Join chair yoga once or for all the sessions and see for yourself how it makes your feel! This program is one hour long, free and open to all community / noncommunity members.
Donations for the instructor are welcome.

Chair yoga will be back at the Norway Town office again this round! Join us in our new town meeting room!
