Right now, the American Red Cross is facing a severe national blood shortage, and hospitals in our region need donations more than ever.
Why Your Donation Matters
• Every 2 seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood or platelets. Blood donors help accident victims, cancer patients, people undergoing surgery, and many others.
• A single donation can help save up to 3 lives.
• Only about 3% of eligible people donate blood each year, which means your participation makes a big difference.
Donating blood is a straightforward process with the actual donation only takes about 8–10 minutes, and your whole appointment typically around an hour. Afterward, you’ll enjoy a quick recovery break with snacks and refreshments.
Stephens is partnering with the American Red Cross to bring monthly blood drives to our campus. Held every 4th Friday of the month in the Harper Conference Center, these drives make it easy for team members to support patients in need through blood donation.

• Bring a co-worker or buddy, it’s fun and supportive!
