Join Yogi Brian Buturla and Sita's Light as they reunite after several years for a heart-opening Classical Dharma Yoga Workshop set to LIVE devotional music bound to be a powerful, high-vibration experience for all levels.
This unique class led by 1,000 hour certified Dharma Yoga Teacher Brian Buturla includes sacred mantras and breath work to calm the mind and awaken energy, and a dynamic asana practice to strengthen and uplift the body. We'll close with a deep, healing savasana and meditation.
Live eclectic sacred music throughout by Miriam Sita Zernis on vocals and harmonium, Andrew Ciarlelli on 12-string guitar and Lydia Smith on percussion.
The majority of proceeds will support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Come practice, be inspired, and give back - ALL Levels are welcome!
