Using recycled printed circuit boards (PCBs) sourced from discarded GPS devices as etching plates, she explores the relationship between cartography, electronics manufacturing, memory, and systems of navigation. Through layered prints, experimental processes, and an embrace of repetition and failure, "Silk Compass" examines how maps—both physical and algorithmic—shape our understanding of place, history, and homecoming.
