Did you know mushrooms can be made into tinctures? Local permaculturalist Julie Ibarra will explain how these remarkable organisms can be transformed into concentrated medicinal extracts. Learn the science behind the process, the health benefits of mushroom compounds, and how tincturing preserves their potency for long-term use.

We will also be crafting our own natural bath bombs using simple, homestead-ready ingredients with Hannah  Westphal. We’ll discuss essential oils, natural colorants, and how to adjust recipes for different skin types. Everyone will make and take home their own set.

Share Table: Bring anything you want to share to the Get Together like egg cartons, extra plant starts, seeds, sewing notions, cookbooks, magazines, etc. If someone can use it, take it! If it isn't picked up, the bringer takes it back with them...bring it as many times as you like until it finds a home.

Our Get Togethers are FREE to attend for ladies 16+ and breastfeeding babies are welcome. Leave the kids and fellas at home, the politics at the door and bring a friend!
