- **Event Description**: Join us on Friday, July 25th to learn about the importance of pollinators + how you can help protect them. Christine Eckles, from the Blank Park Zoo conservation initiative, "Plant, Grow, Fly" will facilitate hands-on learning stations. Each child will take home supplies needed to make a seed ball + to start a pollinator habitat. Our friends from the West Des Moines Public library will join us for a story. 

NEW for 2025, a reservation is required! Rose Farm will release tickets every Monday (mark your calendar for July 21st!) for the upcoming Friday Farm School. The farm will host 50 children at each session. There is no fee to attend + tickets are complimentary to every child.

You are welcome to bring along your lawn chair or a blanket. Our lessons + stories are geared towards school-age children. However, we welcome guests of all ages as there are sensory experiences beneficial to even the youngest guest. You'll also find sweet treats + drinks available for purchase in The Shoppe.
