Our afternoon begins with a grounding barefoot walk, helping you settle into the rhythm of nature.


If the weather allows, Ellie will guide a riverside Qigong practice — a gentle, flowing movement meditation suitable for all levels. No mat is needed, just your presence.


Afterwards, we’ll share tea and snacks, with time to rest, connect, and simply be.


We’ll end the day with a deeply restorative indoor Gong Bath.


If the weather turns, we’ll move into the welcoming farmhouse on the grounds, where there’s plenty of space to practice and unwind.


Come just as you are. No experience is necessary — only an openness to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.


We’ll be welcoming you to the garden from 3:00 PM, with a prompt start at 3:10 PM.

The event will run for approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes, finishing around 5:20 pm

MINIMUM AGE: 16+

No tickets available on the door.


Pregnant women in the middle and last trimester only. Gong Baths are not recommended if you suffer from epilepsy, seizures, serious mental health issues, sound sensitive issues, have metal implants/pacemakers or on heavy medications.
