Your role in this event is to passively receive vibration, which means all you have to do is close your eyes and simply allow the sound of the Gong and other instruments to glide through you.

This is not an event for children as the instruments can get too loud for them. Pregnant women in the middle and last trimester only. Gong Baths are not recommended if you suffer from epilepsy, seizures, serious mental health issues, sound sensitive issues, have metal implants/pacemakers or on heavy medications.
