Step into a deeply nurturing and earthy experience Outdoor Gong Bath, surrounded by the beauty and stillness of nature. Held beside the flowing water, beneath the trees and open sky, this gathering invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you.
As the gentle sounds of birdsong, rustling leaves, and the river weave through the space, you will be immersed in the rich, resonating tones of 6 powerful Gongs. Their layered vibrations create a deeply grounding sound journey that can help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, release tension, and support emotional and energetic balance.
Before the Gong Bath begins, we will take time to gently ground ourselves together, connecting with the earth beneath us and arriving fully into the present moment.

No prior experience is needed - just come as you are and let vibrations guide you into deep relaxation.

Doors Open: 7:10 PM
Doors Close: 7:20 PM (No late entry)
Session Duration: 1 hour 20 minutes

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and get settled.

Gong Baths are not suitable for:
-Children
-Pregnant individuals in the first trimester
-Those with epilepsy, seizures, serious mental health conditions, sound sensitivity, pacemakers/metal implants, or on heavy medications
If you are pregnant (second or third trimester), you are welcome to attend at your own discretion.
