- **Event Description**: I warmly invite you to join Tasha Walker & Stephen Allen on Thursday  6th November  7pm - 9pm, for an evening of healing and rejuvenation which will begin with 1 hour's blissful yin / restorative yoga, to help guide you to fully immerse in the high-vibrational sound therapy and Gong Bath in a peaceful environment, to include  yin yoga (all practiced laying down and so fabulous for those who may struggle with joint issues / standing postures)  followed by a guided visualisation journey & crystal bowl sound alchemy with Tasha, concluding with a blissful gong bath with Stephen Allen.

This will be held at Barton Bendish Village Hall, Barton Bendish, Church Rd, PE33 9GF.

Focusing on rejuvenation, healing ,  Yin yoga is extremely relaxing and helps both the mind and the body to come into a state of bliss and peace.  The high vibrations of the  Gong Bath plus crystal and Tibetan bowls , along with healing energy infusion & guided meditation, aids to relieve stress and tension and assists in raising our vibration. The flow of healing energy heals while the sound therapy connects with DNA, rearranges damaged cells and promotes healing as it touches the mind, body and soul.

Yin yoga is a slow, floor based, contemplative style of yoga where poses are held for 3-5 minutes to stress the deep connective tissues.  Ideal for people who like to improve their mobility, increase flexibility and to calm the mind by promoting a meditation state of awareness and stillness through breathwork and meditation.
