While we wait for our chocolates to firm up, Claire will lead a heart-warming cacao ceremony to anchor your intentions.

Before then wrapping the group in the soothing, ancient vibrations of Tibetan bowl meditation.

Together we will release any lingering summer heat and settle into a state of deep peace.

We will gather around the warmth of the fire pit under the evening sky, sharing connection, letting go of the old, and welcoming the cosy, reflective embrace of the season ahead.
