This upcoming sustainable cookery workshop invites you to slow down and rediscover the joy of healthy, home cooked food, outdoors.

Guided by the Wellness in the Wild tutors, you'll work together to transform surplus and seasonal ingredients into a delicious community meal — all with minimal carbon footprint. 

Bring an apron, an open mind, and an appetite for positive change!

Where: Rod's Secret Garden
Path starts next to 24 Oak St, CW9 5LJ

When: Fri 26th May 4-6pm

We were delighted to host Claire from 'Wellness in the Wild' in Rod's Secret Garden.  Her sessions are fun, and delicious. 

 Clare offers outdoor cooking for families.  

Working together the children learn so many skills and are immediately engaged, and proud of what they make.  

This helps break down barriers to trying new foods, 
and eating (dreaded) vegetables!  


The meal became an experience, with conversation, play and the simple of joy of being together making cooking a pleasure again.  All of Claire's recipes are easily replicated again at home.
