✨ Women's Summer Evening Retreat ✨ 

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to truly pause?

Step away from the demands of everyday life and join us for a beautiful summer evening of relaxation, connection, healing and self-care at Beech Hill. This mini retreat has been thoughtfully created for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves and refill their cup. Whether you're a mum constantly caring for others, navigating a busy career, or simply craving some well-deserved time for yourself, this evening offers the perfect opportunity to rest, reset and recharge.

Imagine a summer evening spent breathing deeply, unwinding in the sauna, watching the sunset, and gathering around the fire with like-minded women. A chance to release stress, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling lighter, calmer and restored.

? What to expect:

? 4:00pm – Breathwork Journey (90 mins)
A powerful breathwork session centred on receiving, abundance and creating space for more ease, joy and fulfilment in your life.

? 5:30pm – Sauna & Cold Plunge Experience (60 mins)
Experience the restorative benefits of heat and cold therapy to help ease tension, boost wellbeing and leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.

? 6:30pm – Evening Sound Bath (60 mins)
Relax deeply as soothing sounds wash over you, allowing your body and mind to fully unwind as the sun begins to set.

? 7:30pm – Fire Circle, Prayers & Intentions
Gather around the fire for reflection, connection and intention-setting in a warm and supportive space.

✨ For a few precious hours, there is nowhere to be, nothing to do and no one to take care of but yourself.

Leave feeling nourished, empowered and deeply restored

What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Cushion
• Eye mask
• Water bottle
• Notebook and pen 

and everything needed for sauna - swimwear, towel, flip flops etc. Food will be fruit and nibbles so please eat a fulfilling meal mid afternoon to keep you going throughout the evening.

Alongside selecting “Going” on the event page, a £10 refundable deposit is now required to secure your place.
So much time, care, and love goes into creating these gatherings, and this helps ensure spaces are filled by those who truly intend to attend ??

Deposits are fully refundable with 48 hours’ notice, and you’re welcome to send someone in your place if you can’t attend.
No-shows will not receive a refund.

Once booked on, please request the waiver forms for both the sauna and breathwork. All waivers must be signed and sent back before the day of the event. Anyone with any injuries or illnesses, please inbox before booking.

This wellbeing evening is free, part of our 2-year project funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.
