Steps Against Suicide (SAS) is our annual 5K Walk and Mental Health & Wellness Fair created to raise awareness, break the silence, and stand together in the fight against suicide. What began as a simple walk of remembrance and advocacy has grown into a powerful community movement that brings healing, connection, and tangible resources to those who need them most.
Whether you’re walking for a loved one, for yourself, or to support others—you belong here. With every step, we honor stories, uplift voices, and declare that life is worth living.
