During this class, we will be making 'Elegant Vegetables with a Twist'
Celebrate the colors and flavors of the season with refined vegetable dishes that are anything but ordinary.

What’s on the Menu:
• Honey-Glazed Carrots with Orange & Thyme .
• Charred Green Beans with Lemon Butter & Crispy Shallots
• Cauliflower Gratin with Leeks & Parmesan Crumb

Each class is a 2½-hour interactive experience where you’ll watch a live demonstration, then cook the dishes yourself in a friendly, intimate setting. We’ll finish by tasting and enjoying everything together. Class size is kept small to ensure personal attention and a truly enjoyable atmosphere.

Classes are priced as follows:
• $95 per class - or $260 ($25 discount) for a 3-classes
This isn’t a typical “demo” or recipe tasting — it’s a full culinary experience.

Your class fee includes:
• All premium ingredients (fresh, seasonal, and pre-prepped for efficiency)
• Printed recipe booklet to take home
• Chef-led demonstration and guided cooking in a small, relaxed group
• Tea and coffee served throughout
• A beautiful meal you’ve cooked yourself — no extra shopping, planning, or cleanup.
