Women are cyclical by nature — reflecting the rhythms of the Earth and the seasons. Yet in a world that prizes constant productivity and sameness, we can lose touch with that natural flow.

Working with our animal partners allows us to take stock of where we are in our season of life. They assist us in the process, gently mirroring back what’s ready to be seen, felt, and released.

This retreat is an invitation to slow down, listen to the wisdom of your body and the land, and — like the falling leaves — let go of what no longer serves, so you can re-emerge with clarity, softness, and renewed alignment.
