Winter Solstice: 108 Sun Salutations

The darkest night of the year invites us inward - to pause, to reflect, and to honor the turning of the season.

Join us for a sacred community practice of 108 Sun Salutations, marking the Winter Solstice and the return of the light.

Together, we’ll move through breath and rhythm - letting go of what’s behind us and opening to what’s ahead.

This is not a performance, but a meditation in motion.

Each round is an offering - of gratitude, strength, and renewal.

All levels are welcome. Modifications and rest are encouraged.
Move at your own pace. Rest when you need.
Stay for as much or as little as serves your practice.
