In this session, we will be looking at wines from North Eastern France. We will sample wines from Burgundy, Beaujolais, Alsace, Champagne and Nord.

This session will be followed by "Wines of Japan", on May 15.

- $75 to $100 per person (whatever you can afford) for a 5 course wine pairing dinner including useful links and videos about the target wines and history of the regions sent to you by email. Feel free to chip in more for higher priced goods on the table.

- Please let me know of any allergies or foods you cannot eat in advance.

- Book by Sunday Apr 12: via Paypal @GreenvaleManitou, Venmo @Cedric-Briand, else check or cash directly in my home mailbox. First come first served.

- No refund policy. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you can offer your seat to someone else.

- No prior knowledge necessary. The dress code is open, though most people tend to come dressed up a bit. Some bring slippers.
