Third Thursday Downtown – July 2025

We’re looking forward to the July and August Third Thursdays. The Friends of Downtown Northfield’s Third Thursday events are off and running!

On Thursday, July 17, come downtown for music, food, and fun. Helen Forsythe and her banjo will kick things off before turning the stage over to a perennial favorite, the Pan-Handlers Steel Drum Band! A community band with an impressive performance edge, they’ve been captivating audiences since 2014 with a vibrant Caribbean sound and diverse repertoire that ranges from traditional steel pan tunes to The Beatles, Guns N’ Roses, and Prince. Come and feel the rhythm only these instruments can create! Later that day, migrate up Fourth Street to the Grand afterwards for more music performed by Tom Mobry.
