Recovery Yoga

Yoga for addiction recovery explores the relationship between sobriety and yogic philosophies through meditation, inquiry, and movement. This is a space for healing, hope, and renewal. This class is designed for anyone navigating recovery - from substance use, habits, or patterns that no longer serve. Through mindful movement, grounding breathwork, and meditation, we reconnect to the body as a safe place to return to. Each class offers a blend of physical practice and inner reflection, inviting presence, compassion, and empowerment through the tools of yoga.

No experience needed. All are welcome. Come as you are.
