This grief support group, is a safe, compassionate space for adults navigating the death of a loved one. Through a variety of approaches, you will find ways to honor your loved one, express yourself, connect with others, and explore new pathways toward emotional restoration.

Whether it's a recent loss or grief that you've carried for years, all are welcome to attend.

What This Group Is And Is Not: 
This is a safe and welcoming container to uplift, support and connect with each other. It's also a place to share, be heard and receive the group energy. If you would like feedback or advice from group members it will only be offered if clearly asked. This is also a space where you are welcome to attend and just listen. You are not required to share anything.
