Come connect with mind, body, baby and fellow mothers as we move through a set of gentle and fun yoga postures to help recenter and reset us. Class will have an emphasis on self-care, calming breathwork and strengthening the baby and me bond. Plus, we will integrate accessible core and pelvic floor muscle building exercises for mothers looking to rediscover this area of the body during the post partum period. 

Class will consist of 45-minutes of movement followed by 15-minutes of a circle check in and supportive conversation. This is a welcoming space where you and baby can show up wherever you are at- cries and all!  Our community space is a perfect place to step out for a sensory or nursing break. We also have a changing table for use.
