Annual Membership Meeting

Please plan to attend our club's annual membership meeting on Saturday, December 13 at 9:30 AM at the Northfield Library. (Following a holiday run in Northfield.)

While most know us as a casual meet up group, we are an established nonprofit governed by a board and bylaws. We invite everyone to become an official member (for $1/year) to help legitimize our standing with the Road Runners Club of America, our oversight organization, and government entities. Through the RRCA, we gain access to valuable tools and resources to produce our road races.

The meeting will cover our governance requirements for our RRCA membership and nonprofit status - officer elections (watch for a call for nominations soon!), membership forms and collection of our $1 annual membership dues. As in years past, we'll post the membership application and board ballot online for those who cannot attend in person.

In addition, most of the meeting will be devoted to the events we produce - the Northfield Memory Mile and the Mill Towns Race Series. We want your ideas/input! If you want to be a bigger part of the fun, join our race committee!
