- **Event Description**: At the last Town Hall event, a strange mist enshrouded the room and the people inside were trapped, unwaking, for several days. The contingent bound for the battle at Krovidan, given explicit orders to march at a designated time, were forced to leave without them.

Several weeks after the battle, a letter from The Oracle, marked with a burgundy and gold seal in the shape of a moon and stars, was handed to town criers. Copies were made and posted on notice boards across the city.

“Sudenburg, we have all seen the scorchmarks that remain on the southern farmlands after their desecration by the Cult of the Black Flame. The fields of crops that would have grown quietly amidst the chill of winter, destined for a bountiful spring harvest, were destroyed. So far, we have managed with what remains of our other farms and what we had in store within the city walls; but starvation beckons with a skeletal hand.

There is a path forward, but it is also a path backwards; through the pages of history and the bones of the earth itself. There is a rite; a plea; a celebration of life itself and the threads and beings that govern the waters and the air of this land.

I can lead you through the steps, but you must be the ones to move through them. Gather at the time and place appointed, bearing symbols of harvest and abundance, and we shall chase away the darkness that has settled over us. Mask your faces, as it was done in times long passed.”

This event is an intentional departure from previous Town Hall events- rather than a formal meeting and vote, it is an invitation to participate in an ancient harvest rite in an attempt to regenerate the Southern Farmlands.
