Embodied Men's Work is a safe space for men from all walks of life to come together to share openly about what we are experiencing, and to support each other in the practice of being alive.
The format is simple and grounded:
3 rounds of sharing, moving from the head, down to the heart, and finally deeper in to the gut.
We will be exploring different embodiment practices from different mindfulness and movement modalities, including but not limited to qigong, yoga, pilates, conscious dance, breathwork and meditation.
This is an opportunity to practice going deeper into processing our own experiences, expand our awareness of our personal patterns, and to create a better world for ourselves and all of humanity.
All Men are welcome to attend --including trans and queer men. This is an open and inclusive group for men of all levels of experience in men's work, from first timers to elders.
