Winter Solstice Circle

Come and join us for a moment of pause, inner reflection and a slower pace during this busy season ahead. This circle will be honouring the Winter Solstice.

Like nature, this is the time of year to be still and rested, but with the festive season upon us, we are working against our natural cycle and so we can often feel burnout and overwhelm.

The winter solstice is spiritually seen as a powerful moment of stillness and renewal. It marks the longest night of the year, symbolizing a journey into darkness so that we can reconnect with our inner light. Many traditions view it as a time for reflection, release, and setting intentions, letting go of what no longer serves us and welcoming the slow return of light and hope. It reminds us that even in the quiet and cold, new beginnings are already taking shape.

This circle will involve meditation, journaling, intention setting, oracle card reading and a time to connect with others.
