'Votes for Women' - and the Inspiring women who changed history

Most people know of the Suffragettes, but that is only part of the story! Would you like to know more?
Then please join us at the Northampton Guildhall on Saturday 7th July for a lighthearted look at some of the amazing ordinary women who changed history both before and after 1918 when all women over 21 were given the right to vote.
Our day will include 3 top speakers:-
LUCY ADLINGTON, Author and Costume Historian  together with MERRY TOWNE  from the History Wardrobe of York (pictured) They will present 'VOTES FOR WOMEN',illustrated with orginal period costume.
AMANDA BRYETT - 'Ladies of Covent Garden' (including Jane Austin?)
GILLIAN CANE - the first woman to be admitted to Sandhurst - 'It's a Girl's life in the Army!' 
Tickets: £27.50 include a light buffet lunch.
 Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event
 No ID but under 14's  must be accompanied by an adult.  Please contact the organiser before booking
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Rail Station is 10-15 mins walk to the Guildhall, although there are very frequent buses stopping outside the station that will take you to the Drapery bus station and just 4 mins walk away. 
Car Parking is available at St John's Car Park for just £2.00 per day  - the Guildhall is 5 mins walk way  Please contact the organiser if you need more help

 Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
