Nora Meier is a diehard music fan, a frequent moviegoer, a daughter of two English majors, an Oregonian at heart, a verbal processor, a big reader, extremely stubborn, and always writing. She was raised on her dad’s curated mixtapes and epic vinyl collection, which cultivated her deep love for the format of The Album and an obsession with Bruce Springsteen. “Bird in the Hand,” her first release since her 2024 debut album, Outfield, marks a departure from softer sounds towards a wilder, more confident and embodied expression of her lyricism. What Spectrum Culture calls her "Old World sense of wear and wonder" (Velucci) finds balance in a fresh realism born from a deep attention to the details of everyday living. Meier’s songwriting is an invitation to take a clear-eyed look at ourselves and the world around us with a healthy dose of humor and warmth.
Western Mass born and raised singer-songwriter Lila!’s bedroom-indie-folk springs forth from the ocean of her honest heart, its dreamy tendrils drawing equally from the eternal turning of New England seasons and the cosmic well of the high desert, where her soul resides. Her debut EP “Judy” and single “High Desert Tsunami” are available on all streaming platforms.

GoldFlakePaint describes (Jake) Klar’s music as “An urgent meeting of folk, roots and good old rock and roll that carries with it an unbreakable spirit.” A fixture in New England’s folk scene, Klar has toured nationally, played festivals including Otis Mountain Get Down, Back Porch Festival and FreshGrass, and supported the likes of Cut Worms, Antwaun Stanley, Joe Pug and Al Olender.
