Tea and Mince Pie - 2.30-3.00pm (please do let me know if you have specific dietary requirements)

What the event entails.

* Gentle Yoga to relax your entire body.

* Sound helps you to relax, completely!

* Allow the world to melt away as you surround yourself with the healing vibrations of the Gongs and Singing Bowls.

* Enjoy a long lasting relaxation that will stay with you throughout the day and beyond.

* Please bring a blanket, a pillow and something warm to lie on.
