Auricular Acupuncture (optional) – Restore Inner Balance – Using ear press needles or seeds Marianne will focus on ear acupuncture points to encourage a calming of the mind for deep relaxation, balanced energy flow, and harmony throughout the nervous system.
Yoga Nidra – A guided meditation where you can snuggle into your cozy nest on your mat to allow the subconscious mind to take you on a journey of self awareness and to find inner peace. A truly restorative practice with long lasting effects.
