Pregnancy nervous system preparation through intelligent movement (prenatal Pilates based) and deep restoration — supporting both pregnancy and delivery.
These 90-minute Saturday sessions are designed to support your changing body while intentionally preparing your nervous system for pregnancy and delivery — whatever your delivery may look like.
Each session begins with warm drinks, snacks and gentle arrival time, allowing space to settle, connect and land before we begin.
The structured session then weaves together:
• Intelligent full-body strengthening to support posture, hips and upper back
• Functional lower-body work to build stamina and confidence
• Pelvic floor connection and controlled release
• Integrated breathwork to support regulation and labour physiology
• Mobility and stretch sequences to reduce tension and improve comfort
• A 30-minute guided deep relaxation to rehearse calm, conserve energy and entrench deep relaxation
This is not about intensity or performance.
It is about intelligent preparation.
The relaxation element follows a consistent, reassuring framework each session, with rotating themes across the year to support different aspects of labour and delivery preparation.
Sessions are intentionally small and founder-led.
