Shape your dough into a variety of southern Italian styles—cavatelli, gnocchetti sardi, and spizzulus—and take your creations home to cook and enjoy.Live Pesto DemonstrationWatch Carmela prepare two fresh pestos—pistachio, and asparagus—using the traditional pestle and mortar method.
